Havenwood chuckled. “I know, I know.”

She giggles again, grinning up at him.

Havenwood looked at her. “What? You two are staring at me!”
They were. Both pairs of stunning green were staring at him.

"I could stare at you forever and ever," Elise teases, laughing softly.

Havenwood laughed too. “I’m sure you could.”

"You know it." She gazed into his silver eyes.

Havenwood sighed happily and shifted against her.
Thelisi made a noise.

Elise poked the child gently and rested her head against Havenwood, sighing contentedly.

Havenwood raised his hands and started stroking her hair. “What now, hmm?”

"I love you." She whispered softly.

Havenwood murmured back, “I love you too.”

She grinned, snuggling into him.

Havenwood sighed with content and he relaxed into his smols.

"What time is it?" She murmurs, content right where she is.

Havenwood looked over his shoulder at the window. “Noonish?”

"I want to stay here all day." She sighed.

Havenwood hummed and relaxed again. “We can.”

“Okay.” She smiled at her family.

Thelisi wiggled between the pair, fussing quietly.

Elise, still lying down, took Thelisi and rested him on her stomach. “There you go.”

Thelisi continued fussing.
“He might be hungry,” Havenwood suggested.

"Of course. Hungry as always." Elise laughed softly.

Thelisi continued fussing, waving his fists.

"Alright, alright." Elise sat up. "I'll feed you."

Havenwood chuckled, still laying down. “Loves his food, yeah?”
Thelisi whined dog-like and waved his hands.

“That he does.” Elise giggled.

Havenwood sat up too, stretching. “Well, if you want your privacy, I’ll go.”

“Okay.” She smiles gratefully at him.

He smiled back and shut the blinds, then slipped out of the room.

Elise began to feed Thelisi, humming softly to him.
