Leader of the Scouts. The clan views him as the ambassador between the common dragon and the leaders of the Sanctuary, as he is the one who considers this workers' requests the most.

Out of all dragons in the Sanctuary, Cassus is arguably the most 'learned' of the bunch. Having received formal education in the Sunbeam Ruins and Windswept Plateau, he is well aware of his competency. He doesn't like feeling out of his depth, and as such avoids 'meddling in the affairs' of topics he has no grasp of.

In his work, Cassus likes to present an air of put-together-ness. He tries to offer politeness to everyone, but when forced to anger, that anger can become a grudge. When speaking, he is intentional with his words, as not to be misconstrued.

Cassus feels the need to defend his superiority. Him not being able to prove himself in fields he knows nothing about is the driving reason why he avoids such fields in the first place. This need also causes him to be the victim of bullying by some of the Sanctuary's more cruel members, which also feeds into his grudges.

Cartography, sounding smart

Cartography: Cassus is well-versed in the ways of map-making. He also has a good memory of the landscape of Sornieth.
