โHmโฆ What should we do, then?โ Sterling wondered, wrapping an arm around her waist and resting his chin on her.
"I can think of a couple things." She smiled, turning to look at him.

Sterling chuckled. โLet me guess, one of them is making out?โ
"Well of course! You know so well." She smiled, not exactly ashamed of her own ideas.

โHmโฆ Do you want to just hang out here? Or go somewhere else?โ Sterling asked, glancing around at the lake.
"I like it here, it's nice and quiet." She smiled softly.

โIt isโฆ The view is nice, too,โ Sterling hummed, his gaze moving back to Cassandra.
"Are you saying that about the lake or about me?" She chuckled, leaning back into his chest.

โCan it be both?โ Sterling asked with a grin.
"I suppose, love." She shrugged with a small smile.

โWell, good. Because Iโm not changing my mind,โ Sterling declared, wrapping his other arm around her.
"I didn't expect you to." She giggled, pushing her glasses up slowly.

โThatโs good,โ Sterling said, nuzzling her chin with his nose.
She giggled. "Stop that, it tickles." She was fairly ticklish.

Sterling grinned. โOh, does it? What about this?โ He wriggled his fingers against her side, tickling her.
She giggled again, brushing his hand away. "Yes, that does too."

โGood to know,โ Sterling said, holding her tighter as he tickled her again.
"Stop it, that's not fair!" She giggled, once again brushing his hand away.

"Noooo!" She curled up into a ball, wrapping her arms around herself, smiling to herself.
