The Man and His Assistant (CLOSED)

"One of us can use the bathroom and the other can use the closet.", he explained.

"Oh. Uh, where would you like to go?" she asked hesitantly.

"Doesn't matter.", he said while getting his trunks out of the suitcase.

"I'll use the closet," she said quietly, heading there before he could object.

"Okay.", he said unsure. He went into the bathroom.

She changed quickly and braided her hair in a single rope down her back.

He changed into swim trunks and stepped out of the bathroom. He blushed a little when he realized she would see him shirtless.

She felt her hair to make sure it was okay.

He was nervous, but he gathered up his things. "Ready?", he asked her.

What a pretty tattoo. Was he supposed to see it? He held the door for her, as always.

"Thank you," she said quietly.

He smiled and walked slower this time, allowing himself to relax. "When I retire, I'm definitely moving here."

"I can't blame you. It's beautiful here," she remarked with a smile.

"This is just the tip of the iceberg." He had a knowing smile. She was going to love it here.

She looked at him. "Oh?"

"Just wait until you see the beach. It's gorgeous. Littered with sea-glass."

Her expression glowed. "Really? I love collecting sea glass…"

"Then you're in luck! The best seaglass is found early in the morning though.", he chattered.

She smiled. "Sounds wonderful."

When they reached the doors, he opened them for her. A few weeping willows greeted them outside.

Robin's eyes widened and she reached out to touch one of them. "Wow…"

He laughed. "Might not want to touch those. Spanish moss hangs from them and it's full of parasites."

She quickly retracted her hand. "Um… okay, then…"

"Yeah… looks nice though.", he commented. He started walking down the sidewalk. They could walk to the beach.

She followed him quickly.

The beach was in the distance. "See the beach?"

"Yes!" she said excitedly.
