Nature
Dinah despises weakness and anyone who disparages Ganon.
Because she's the daughter of Din, Dinah has full control over fire and earth, and can produce flames that are hot enough to melt steel that the Gorons use to withstand the heat from Death Mountain. She's also a talented dual swordsman, having learned from Ganon.
Feats of strength, bird watching
Quiet, yet prone to fits of explosive anger, and secretly sensitive and compassionate.
Dinah is often quiet and calm, but she has an explosive temper. She values her strength and powers above all else, and she spent her free time training to hone her skills. She had a special relationship with her mortal father Ganon, and despised when anyone had anything negative to say about him. She exclusively worships Din, especially after she found out that She was her true father, and like Din, she is prone to uncontrollable rage. Later on in life, especially after her experience with slavery, she channeled her strength in a cause: helping sex slaves escape their fate. She has an affinity to birds and children, and would do anything to help a child in need. Despite her foreboding appearance and mannerisms, she is actually quite sensitive, and cries when her feelings are hurt.
Dinah is motivated almost exclusively by two things: the need to get stronger, and the need to help people out of slavery.
Dinah's anger is so uncontrollable that even minor inconveniences can send her spiraling out of control. When she's too angry, she literally, violently explodes into flames, making her dangerous to be near. Because she's a fire and earth elemental being, she has a great weakness to cold and ice; low enough temperatures will cause her body to shut down the same way a bear's does when it goes into hibernation for the winter. She is prone to insensitivity, and actively has to choose to empathize with those weaker than herself, although she finds it natural to empathize with children.

History
Dinah started off as a quiet girl who was larger than life and loved her sisters. Her father leaving deeply wounded her, and she dedicated her youth to training in hopes that her strength would bring him back. After Dinah realizes that her true father is the Goddess Din, she runs from home, believing that her destiny lied elsewhere.
At 12, Dinah discovered that she was a demi-goddess, and she gave her life in service to her true father.
At 14, Dinah obeyed Din's command to leave home, then got captured and forced into sex slavery.
At 15, Dinah's master discovered that her power could be put to good use, and rented her out to one of the assassins guilds that rivaled The Society. She also met Chiron during this time.
At 16, she massacred Chiron's entire family at her behest, and vowed never to kill a child every again.
At 17, a job gone wrong in the Zora Kingdom put her at odds with her sister Lyra, caused her to blow up a prison, and almost got her killed by her target, but it also caused her to go back home and explain her situation to her mortal parents, and they freed her from her bonds.
After Dinah was freed, she decided to seize her former master's assets and run his operation ethically, giving her comrades a chance to make money with the only skill they had.
At 18, Dinah established The Dynasty just outside the bounds of Hyrule in the desert, and hid it behind a constant sandstorm. Not only did she run the brothel, but she also routinely rescued slaves, sex workers, and children from cruel masters by killing them, earning her the status of a criminal.
At 25, Dinah struck a controversial deal with Lady Riju that allowed Riju to pass off suspicion of all the money that she received from Dinah at the cost of the lives of some of her citizens.
At 29, her whole life came crashing down after all of her crimes caught up to her. She killed her lover, destroyed her establishment, and got captured by Hyrule. She rampaged through Central City in a rage after all that they had done to her and caused her to do, but ultimately couldn't go through with destroying it, prompting Din to possess her and finish the job.
