Chaotic Neutral / Jamie follows their whimsy and takes care of themselves. They're very spontaneous, and driven by nothing but their own desires and impulses.

Jamie is witty, clever, and cunning, and they can definitely be scary when they want to be. They like trick questions/riddles, confusing people etc (they enjoy having the upper hand). They don't like to talk a lot because their voice is fairly deep and doesn't feel like their own, so most of the time they're the type to let others do the talking. They don't usually let themselves get attached to people, but if they're in a relationship with someone, they commit completely, and give their entire heart to the person. They are fiercely protective of their partner, but still reckless when it comes to themselves.

When Jamie sits, they (often subconsciously) find any way possible to get their feet off the ground. Usually this means they sit cross-legged in chairs or on top of their feet, or they just downright kick their feet up on the table or a chair next to them.

Jamie has dandruff, so they often scratch their head or pick at their hair.

Jamie struggles with internalized homophobia because of being raised to think that there are only two genders and that "nonbinary" is simply a trend and people only come out to get attention. They often battle with wondering whether that's all that they are, a guy who came out as NB simply because everyone else was doing it, or if they're actually valid.

AMAB, birth name James. Growing up, they were always called Jamie, and when they were 15 they came out as nonbinary. They live alone with their alcoholic mother, who is abusive, and as a result they're very self-sufficient. They have a part-time job and usually they take care of money and school problems themselves.

A single mother who has a severe alcohol problem and yells at/throws things at Jamie when she's drunk.

A 33-year-old cousin who lives nearby Jamie with his wife and child and sometimes helps provide for them with things like clothing and school supplies.

Jamie managed to befriend a stray neighborhood calico cat and named her Pepper Potts. Their mother doesn't know about her, so they have to feed her in secret. They leave their bedroom window open at night, and she comes in and sleeps on their bed.

Became good friends with Faith and Conner rather quickly because the three of them all play guitar; they practice after school every Friday in the band room, teaching one another tips and things. It’s very sweet.
