It's layered and thick, and she always keeps it pulled back in a messy high ponytail or bun. When it's loose, it goes to about the middle of her upper arm. Sometimes if she doesn't have a hair tie she uses pencils, pens, chopsticks, pretty much anything suitable to pin her hair up. She really doesn't like it down.

Very 80's. She wears big, circular wire-rimmed glasses. Brightly colored shirts, bell-bottom jeans or long skirts, denim jackets with pins and patches on them. Big, obnoxious earrings and brightly colored lip paint/lipstick that she changes every day. Chunky Bakelite/plastic bracelets and sets of bangles that make incessant noise. In the summer she wears lace-up sandals and in the fall/winter she wears a pair of Chuck Taylors that she tie-dyed herself.

Neutral Good / Felicity wants to do what's right, and she's willing to bend or break the rules to do so as long as no one gets hurt. She does what is good without any bias for or against order.

Felicity is a bubbly and messy person. When talking, she's extremely animated and humorous. She takes almost nothing seriously and always finds a way to make her friends laugh or smile even in the most awkward of situations. Some see her as immature or childish because of her sense of humor and her tendency to see things as trivial. She has absolutely no shame and is very silly and often irresponsible. Because English is her second language, she often forgets words for things and has become sort of famous for it.

Like Faith, Felicity talks a lot with her hands. She makes a lot of wild gestures and her hands never seem to be still when she's talking.

When she stands, she usually likes to lean against something, such as a wall or a table, and she puts her hands in her pockets.

She's seemingly unable to sit properly in a chair; she almost always has her feet under her or she sits cross-legged. She's what the internet would call a "gay sitter" because she sometimes just sits in the weirdest positions for no reason. In armchairs, she likes to sit sideways and on a couch she'll sit on the arm or on the back. She doesn't like having her feet on the floor.

She fidgets a lot, changing her sitting or standing position every few minutes. Her hands are never still; her fingers are always tapping, or she's fidgeting with something like her clothes or her hair. She also jiggles her leg when she's nervous or bored.

Felicity has a super short attention span and when asked to do something she often goes to do it and then forgets what she was asked.

She also over-remembers in other ways, recalling the most random and useless of facts and details but not being able to remember the important things.

Snakes. Additionally, she's afraid that one day she'll forget something essential and someone will get hurt because of it. Another fear of hers is being socially perceived as a boy because of her figure.

She procrastinates "consciously" because of her ADHD, so she'll be doing nothing but in the back of her head she's yelling at herself to get something done.

She also tends to start projects and never finish them.

Felicity's voice is clear, light, and pleasant. She speaks more through her nose in order to feminize her voice, which can occasionally make it sound nasally. Her laugh is musical and silvery, and is the type that it can be heard from across a room. Naturally, her Polish accent is very faint, but when her emotions are intense, e.g. she's really excited or angry, it will come back through very thick.

Felicity (born Milosz) was born and raised in Poland. She moved to the United States when she was 9 years old and had to learn English all on her own. Because of the Polish-ness of her deadname, she encountered a lot of bullying and xenophobia because it was so foreign-sounding (and because of her accent) before she started transitioning. She made it a point to find a more English-sounding name to fit her. She started to transition (without her parents' knowledge at first) at around age 15, going to see a gender therapist with Conner Vandenburg's parents' supervision, but eventually the changes she was going through while taking estrogen and her dysphoria became too difficult to hide and she came out to them. Poland is, lightly put, not an LGBTQ+-friendly country, but after having lived in the United States for so long and meeting so many of Felicity's openly queer friends, her parents experienced a turnaround in views, and are now neutral towards her identity.

Felicity keeps two gray treefrogs as pets; they are named Maverick and Dziadzie (Polish term of endearment meaning "old fart").

One day when she was particularly sidetracked by other things, she started eating a muffin with a plastic spoon from the cafeteria. Now it's an inside joke with the group, and most of them eat muffins with spoons now and jokingly tell others they're "doing it wrong" by eating a muffin normally.
